The sleeping area accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 comfortable bedrooms, spread across both levels.

Bedroom 1 (Ground floor): 160 cm double bed, walk-in wardrobe, TV, en-suite shower room with whirlpool shower, WC, and double washbasin.

Bedroom 2 (First floor): 160 cm double bed, storage, en-suite whirlpool shower room.
Bedroom 3 (First floor): 160 cm double bed, storage.
Bedroom 4 (First floor): 140 cm double bed, storage.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 on the first floor share a bathroom with bathtub and WC. The villa therefore offers three bathrooms/shower rooms, including two with whirlpool features.

Set on a 2,400 sqm landscaped plot, the outdoor spaces are designed for relaxation and open-air leisure. The private swimming pool (10 x 4 m) with a flat bottom is secured by a safety barrier. The pool house features a large 6-seater jacuzzi (50 jets), outdoor lounge furniture, and an outdoor television.
