Located in Mougins, close to the charming old village, Villa Merle is a magnificent stone Provençal farmhouse. It is the ideal place for a relaxing getaway on the French Riviera, thanks to its large heated private swimming pool and high-end outdoor facilities.

This seven-room villa spans approximately 300 m² and is set on a 2,600 m² plot. The property is partially air-conditioned. On the garden level, the spacious living and dining area, equipped with a Sonos sound system, is perfect for shared moments. The separate kitchen is fully equipped. The farmhouse also features a laundry area with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The sleeping area accommodates up to 10 guests in 5 comfortable bedrooms, most of which are air-conditioned, ensuring privacy for every resident.

Bedroom 1 (Ground floor, air-conditioned): 160 cm double bed, en-suite shower room and WC.
Master bedroom (Upper floor, air-conditioned): 180 cm double bed, television, full bathroom (bathtub, shower, and WC), access to a terrace with a glimpse of the sea.
Bedroom 3 (Upper floor, air-conditioned): 160 cm double bed, en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 4 (Upper floor, air-conditioned): 140 cm double bed, en-suite shower room and WC.
Bedroom 5 (Mezzanine, non air-conditioned): 150 cm double bed.

This generous layout offers numerous private shower rooms and a master suite with a sea glimpse, making it ideal for stays with family or friends. The 2,600 m² garden is designed to make the most of the Mediterranean climate. The private swimming pool (11 x 5 m) can be heated from mid-April to the end of September.

The pool house is equipped with a fully fitted summer kitchen (plancha grill, pizza oven, wine cellar), as well as an outdoor shower and toilets. You also benefit from a fitness room, a pétanque court, and covered parking for three vehicles.
