The villa offers 185 m² of living space over two levels, set within 1,000 m² of grounds. The double living room and dining area create a bright, welcoming space, ideal for spending time together with family or friends. The table football adds a playful touch to shared moments.
The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals with ease. A laundry area with a washing machine and tumble dryer makes the stay more convenient. For added comfort, most shower rooms and bathrooms feature underfloor heating.
The sleeping area accommodates up to 10 guests in 5 double bedrooms, each with its own adjoining shower room or bathroom:
